Happy Holidays from Spyrian

I wanted to take a moment to wish all of you the happiest of holidays and hopes for a happy new year. This year has been one of great pain, but there have been some sparks of joy and hope. For myself it has been a moment to finally take the plunge back into entrepreneurship with the start of Spyrian Business Solutions. I have seen many others also join the start-up ranks with their own businesses this year, it is wonderful to see so many taking charge of their own destiny. Starting Spyrian has also confirmed what I have long thought, that small business owners are underserved by their accounting and financial professionals. If this year has taught us anything, it is how important the relationship between a small business owner and the professionals they rely on are, especially when it comes to the financial aspects of your business. The relationship with your accountant is actually very intimate, they know more about your business than almost anyone. You rely on them for not just accurate data, but useful information and insights. As we enjoy the holidays and look to the new year we should be mindful of where we want go and how we want our lives and businesses to look at this time next year. While we have learned that life can change quickly, we have also learned that we have the tenacity to meet these changes head on.
