Now that we know how & why we are so much more awesome than everyone else, we need to take a look at (the very few) areas where others might just be better at than us.
Seriously though, every business has its own Unique Sales Proposition, otherwise they wouldn’t be in business.
Everyone has their own Strengths.
“Weakness” is not a lack of, but rather something that can be improved upon, or simply something there.
So, what are your competitors Strengths?
> What do your competitors do better than you?
> What do they offer that is different?
Again, what you are trying to identify is not necessarily a deficiency, your competitor might have access to a resource you do not, or better processes.
> What advantage do they have?
> Where can you improve?
> What resources do they have access to that you do not?
Weaknesses are about:
> Your Competition
> Their business
> Their product/service
> Their processes, etc.
They are what sets your competitors apart from you.
